Advocacy & Government Relations
As a member of Hospitality Minnesota, you can count on having voices in the public arena -- ours and yours.
Our lobbying team has deep experience and extensive networks in Minnesota public policy-making. We work hard to bring relevant perspective to the state and federal policy development process, and to advocate for legislation and ordinances that will help, not hinder your business.
Days at the Capitol - February 26, March 10 or March 18

Sharing your business insights, challenges and experiences with your elected officials makes a difference!

Building on last year’s successful format – smaller groups visiting on multiple days – we’ll strive to make a targeted impact with select lawmakers representing specific districts and businesses.

Advocacy is one of the most important areas of shared focus for our associations. Office visits with lawmakers by small tactical teams during the legislative session are an opportune time create a persistent drumbeat. We raise our visibility and deliver a clear message on your most important issues.
