Phalin Oliver is a Digital Marketing Strategist at Hunt Adkins, where she plays a critical role in leading and executing inbound and content marketing across the agency.
Before joining Hunt Adkins, Phalin helped clients throughout the Twin Cities for 4 years with her digital marketing consultation company. After a successful career of helping local brands find their voice online, Phalin is now advising brands within the advertising industry.
Phalin also hosts her own podcast called Hueman Journey, centered around de-stigmatizing mental health, and is a podcast contributor and editor for Feminist Book Club Box.

Joe Henry is the Executive Director of Lake of the Woods Tourism, where he drives all marketing, advertising and special events. Joe works closely with 50 resorts, Explore Minnesota, area fishing guides, Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection, MN DNR, legislators, and a variety of stakeholders in the outdoor industry.
Joe is a licensed charter captain and appears in outdoor TV shows; produces outdoor videos and digital media; and speaks about fishing and the outdoors across the Midwest.
He is also an active writer and holds a BS in Management from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN, and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH.

Nicole Lalum is the Central & Northeast Regional Partner Relations connection for Explore Minnesota. She is a direct contact for tourism industry partners within those regions, working with partners to elevate their stories within the framework of Explore Minnesota’s marketing. Nicole also serves as the Governor’s Fishing Opener Coordinator for Explore Minnesota.
Nicole enjoys exploring Minnesota with her family in their travel trailer and spending time on the many lakes near her home in New York Mills.
