Howard Anderson | Vice President of Operations | ZMC Hotels - Lakes Region
Howard oversees operations for 12 properties in the ZMC Hotels portfolio in the Lakes Region, which includes the Days Inn Lakewalk, Edgewater Hotel & Waterpark and Inn on Lake Superior in Duluth and the Hampton Inn in Hibbing. He currently serves as Chair of the Hospitality Minnesota Board of Directors and is an active participant in the Advocacy Group. Howard was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 2018, in recognition of his 30+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.

The City of Duluth’s Workforce Development Department is part of Minnesota’s public workforce system. As Director, Elena Foshay leads development and implementation of workforce strategy, employer services, and programs for jobseekers.
