Each year student competitors from across the state put their skills to the test in front of culinary and restaurant business leaders, family and friends.
The first-place teams in both the culinary and management competitions will earn coveted scholarships to continue their restaurant or foodservice education and earn the right to compete at the National ProStart Invitational in Baltimore Maryland in spring 2024.
