On March 14, 2024, over 100 students from across Minnesota competed at the 18th Annual Minnesota State ProStart Invitational for the chance to represent Minnesota at the National ProStart Invitational in Baltimore on April 26 - 28, 2024.
Students competed in both management and culinary competitions.
