About the training: This mobile-friendly program is free of charge for Minnesota residents, providing frontline workers with basic skill-level customer service training. Upon completing the program, trainees receive a certificate of completion and a LinkedIn badge!
- Program background: The 2023 Minnesota legislative session appropriated funds to create the online customer service training program. This program is a collaborative effort between the UMN Tourism Center, Hospitality Minnesota, Department of Employment and Economic Development, and Explore Minnesota.
