Minnesota Secure Choice Retirement Program is a state-facilitated, employer-supported retirement program that bridges the retirement savings gap for hundreds of thousands of Minnesotans.

• Passed into law in 2023, the program will offer simple, automatic and portable individual retirement accounts (IRAs) that help employees build retirement savings through automatic payroll deductions, while allowing employers to provide a valuable benefit with minimal administrative burden and no participation fees.
